Cathi comes from a family of real estate agents. She enjoys talking to new people and she is committed to serving people who are transitioning in their life. She networks with a lot of people so she can meet those who are buying their first home or buying their retirement home.
One of her tips to success is holding effective open houses and she holds a lot of them. In a time when open houses may not be seen as the most effective form of marketing, she’ll hold open houses three weekends in a row so she can learn about the area first hand and get good contact information.
